Job summary

BTG Eddisons is a long-standing real estate advisory firm seeking a MRICS-qualified valuer to join our UK team. You will handle valuations for loan security across commercial and residential sectors and prepare valuations and strategic advice for a diverse client base.

With a minimum of two years post-qualification experience, you will contribute to mentoring junior colleagues and assume day-to-day execution of instructed projects under supervision.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified and registered valuer with at least two years' post-qualification experience.
• Valuation experience in commercial and/or residential sectors.
• Competent in Excel and Word; Kel and Argus training available.

Work on a mix of valuations primarily for loan security across a broad range of commercial and residential sectors

Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients.

Play an active role in the development of more junior team members.

Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision.

EXPERIENCE:

MRICS Qualified.

Registered Valuer

A minimum of two years post professional qualification

Commercial and/or residential valuation experience

Competent in Excel and Word

Ideally Kel and Argus competent, but training available
