Job summary

BTG Eddisons is seeking a MRICS qualified valuer to work on valuations primarily for loan security across a broad range of commercial and residential sectors. You will prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients and play an active role in developing more junior team members.

The role requires a minimum of two years post-qualification, proficiency in Excel and Word, and ideally Kel and Argus competence (training available).

Qualifications

• MRICS Qualified
• Registered Valuer
• A minimum of two years post professional qualification
• Commercial and/or residential valuation experience
• Competent in Excel and Word
• Ideally Kel and Argus competent, but training available
