Job summary

BTG Eddisons seeks an MRICS-qualified valuer with at least two years post-qualification experience to join our UK valuations team.

You will handle loan security valuations across commercial and residential sectors, preparing valuations and strategic advice for a diverse client base. You will also contribute to developing junior staff and take day-to-day responsibility for instructions with minimal supervision, using Excel and Word (training available for Kel and Argus).

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is essential.
• Registered Valuer status is required.
• Minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
• Commercial and/or residential valuation experience requested.
• Competent in Excel and Word; Kel/Argus training is available.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on a mix of valuations primarily for loan security across a broad range of commercial and residential sectors

Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of clients.

Play an active role in the development of more junior team members.

Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision.

EXPERIENCE:

MRICS Qualified.

Registered Valuer

A minimum of two years post professional qualification

Commercial and/or residential valuation experience

Competent in Excel and Word

Ideally Kel and Argus competent, but training available
