Job summary

BTG Eddisons is seeking a skilled Valuation professional to join our Manchester team. You will work on valuations for loan security across commercial and residential sectors, delivering clear reports and strategic advice to a diverse client base.

You will contribute to developing junior team members and take day-to-day responsibility for executing instructions with minimal supervision, leveraging MRICS qualifications and strong Excel/Word proficiency.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
• Minimum two years post-qualification experience.
• Valuation experience in commercial and/or residential sectors.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Kel and Argus experience preferred; training available.

What we’re looking for

• MRICS Qualified
• Registered Valuer
• A minimum of two years post professional qualification
• Commercial and/or residential valuation experience
• Excellent report writing skills
• Competent in Excel and Word
• Ideally Kel and Argus competent, but training available
