Alpine Formula One Team is offering a 1-year Validation Design & Test Student Placement in Enstone starting July 2027. • Currently studying a degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, or Motorsport Engineering and seeking an industry placement in your penultimate year of university.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Familiarity with design for manufacture and mechanical systems.
• Passion for motorsport and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

About Us

We are a high-performance Formula One Team driven by innovation, precision, and passion. Our Engineering Quality group is responsible for designing and developing components that are critical to the performance, reliability, and integration of our race car. As a Validation Design & Test Student Placement, you’ll be part of a team that transforms engineering concepts into race-ready solutions.

Duration: 1 year

Start Date: July 2027

Location: Enstone

The Role

During the placement, you’ll support the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies across the car. You’ll work closely with experienced design engineers, contributing to CAD modelling, design validation, and documentation processes that ensure performance, manufacturability, and compliance with F1 regulations.

Who We’re Looking For
