Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Service Associate to be the first and last point of contact outdoors in our car parks. You will welcome customers, assist with returns, and ensure a smooth handover with top-class service.

You will valet and prepare vehicles, handle handover paperwork, coordinate deliveries and collections between branches, inspect for damage, document and report issues, and support the branch with refueling while upholding SIXT’s premium brand.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience.
• Flexibility to work shift rotations within branch hours.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail for handover paperwork and vehicle inspections.
• Adaptability in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and valet vehicles to a high standard.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for a smooth transition.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches.
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection/return and document findings.
• Confirm any damage with customers and sign-off with Branch Manager.
• Assist in refueling and support branch operations while representing SIXT.
