Job summary

SIXT is hiring for a Fleet Service role where you’ll be the first and last point of contact for customers in outdoor car-park settings. You’ll welcome customers on arrival, assist with returns, and deliver first-class service that supports the SIXT premium brand.

Expect to prepare and valet vehicles, manage handovers, and coordinate deliveries between branches while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Training and growth opportunities accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Adaptability to a dynamic environment and ability to work under pressure, independently or in a team.
• Keen eye for detail ensuring accurate handover paperwork and vehicle inspections.
• Strong communication skills for clear, friendly interactions with customers.
• Willingness to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours.
• Valid driving license with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain high standards for customers.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for a smooth transition.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches for timely service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return; report issues and complete documentation.
• Confirm damages with customers and ensure necessary documents are signed and reported to the Branch Manager.
• Assist in refueling vehicles and support branch operations while representing SIXT with outstanding service.
