Job summary

Sixt- in Wolverton is seeking an enthusiastic Fleet Service team member to be the first and last contact for customers, delivering a warm welcome and first-class service.

You will prepare, clean and valet vehicles, support branch operations, manage deliveries and collections, and verify any damage with customers, ensuring paperwork is completed and signed. This outdoor, customer-facing role offers growth opportunities and a competitive salary with a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in service, tourism or sales.
• English proficiency and clear communication.
• Flexible, team-oriented and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and valets vehicles to maintain high standards for customers.
• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional service.
• Refuel vehicles and support efficient branch operations while representing the SIXT brand.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service.
• Confirm damage with customers and ensure paperwork is completed with the Branch Manager.
• Suggest tailored offers and make every customer interaction special.
• Assist with rental agreements and customer inquiries, remaining organised and service-oriented.
