Job summary

SIXT is seeking a customer-focused Fleet Service operative in Greater London to be the first and last contact for customers in car parks. You’ll welcome customers on arrival, assist with returns and manage deliveries between branches.

You will inspect vehicles for damage, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain the premium SIXT standard through professional service and collaboration with the Branch team.

Qualifications

• Adaptability in dynamic environments and ability to work under pressure
• Keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in paperwork and inspections
• Strong communication skills for clear customer interactions
• Willingness to work on shift rotations to cover branch hours
• Valid driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean and valet vehicles to high standards for customers
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for smooth transitions
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections between branches
• Inspect vehicles for damage during collection/return and document issues
• Confirm damage with customers and obtain signatures, notifying Branch Manager
• Assist in refuelling and support branch operations while representing SIXT brand
