Join SIXT's Fleet Service team in the UK, working outdoors in car parks to welcome customers and assist with returns. You will be the first and last point of contact, ensuring first-class service across deliveries, collections, and paperwork, all while upholding the SIXT premium brand.

This part-time role (20 hours per week) offers growth opportunities, a starting salary of £14,380 per year, and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Adaptable in a dynamic environment with strong teamwork and problem solving.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate handover and paperwork.
• Clear, friendly communication with customers in busy settings.
• Willingness to work shift rotations to cover branch hours.
• Valid driving license and minimum 12 months driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to high standards for customers.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for a smooth transition.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches for timely service.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, report issues and complete required documentation.
• Confirm damages with customers and ensure documents are signed and reported to the Branch Manager.
• Assist in refueling and support branch operations while representing SIXT.
