SIXT Cambridge is seeking a friendly Fleet Service Host to warmly welcome customers, prepare and handover vehicles, and support returns on-site. You’ll work outdoors in car parks, engaging customers and ensuring a smooth start and end to each rental, while representing SIXT’s premium service.

The role offers growth opportunities, a starting salary of £28,700 per year plus a bonus, and a benefits package including annual leave, training, and staff rental perks.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail in paperwork and vehicle inspections.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations to cover operating hours.
• Holding a valid driving license with 12 months driving experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to high standards.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for smooth transitions.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report issues with documentation.
• Confirm any damage with customers and obtain signatures.
• Assist with refueling and support branch operations while upholding SIXT standards.
