Our Valet Parking team is seeking a Valet Parking Host to join us. Valet parking is a unique department within Harrods, often serving as the first and last point of contact with our customers, contributing significantly to the world-class service we provide.
The Valet Parking Host role combines exceptional customer service with strong driving skills. Responsibilities include parking customer vehicles safely and efficiently while delivering an outstanding front-of-house experience. Additional duties involve processing POS transactions, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. The role also requires careful vehicle collection and parking, adhering to health and safety standards, and supporting residents' access to parking spaces according to company policies and procedures. This position operates on a rota basis, five days out of seven.
