Job summary

Big Motoring World in Enfield is seeking a hands-on Valet Manager to oversee the valeting team, ensure high standard cleaning and presentation of vehicles, and meet customer delivery deadlines.

You will lead, train and develop the team, manage workloads, and maintain safety and quality across daily operations. The role requires DVLA checks and a pro-active, detail-focused leader in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

As a Valet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the valeting team, ensuring vehicles are cleaned, prepared and presented to a high standard before reaching our customers.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will lead the team, manage workloads, maintain quality standards and ensure vehicles are prepared efficiently to meet customer delivery deadlines.
