Job summary

Drift Bridge Volkswagen is hiring a Service Advisor in Epsom, UK. The role focuses on liaising between customers and workshop, managing bookings, and ensuring high levels of service throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

You will work with the service team to drive customer satisfaction and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as a Service Advisor, VAG experience, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Service Advisor in automotive, preferably VAG or premium brand.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers in clear terms.
• Strong focus on customer service and efficient booking processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and communicate service needs clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with workshop and technicians to schedule work and tests.
• Upsell service plans, warranties and additional products when appropriate.
• Create accurate job cards, maintain records and prepare invoices.
• Collaborate with parts and aftersales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address issues promptly and find best resolutions for customers and dealership.
• Keep customers updated on progress, costs and timelines.
