Job summary

Vaccination UK Ltd is looking for an Administrator to support school-aged immunization programmes in Stowmarket. Responsibilities include assisting nurses, managing records, and ensuring effective communication with schools and families.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE qualifications in English and Maths and excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a bank role from September to December, covering flu season.

Qualifications

• Minimum of grade 'C' in both English and Maths GCSE.
• Experience working in a community setting and/or with young people is desirable.
• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload without supervision.
• Assertive and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, delivery, and evaluation of health promotion programmes.
• Attend community-based vaccination sessions in schools.
• Promote collaborative working between teams and educational institutions.
• Maintain databases to ensure records are up to date.
