Job summary

Vaccination UK Ltd is seeking an Administrator to support the School Aged Immunisation Service in Chelmsford. The role involves planning and delivering health programmes alongside nurses, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring communication with schools and families.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a GCSE education level, and experience in community settings is desirable. A valid driving license and access to a car are also preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of grade 'C' in English and Maths.
• Experience in community settings or with children is desirable.
• Must be able to drive and have access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivery of health promotion programmes.
• Work with the nursing team during vaccination sessions.
• Maintain databases and prepare documents for school visits.
• Be the first point of contact for administrative tasks.
• Ensure proper storage and transport of vaccinations.
