You will develop tools, define workflows and coach engineers, enhancing the engineering environment with modern processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or physical sciences.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards professional registration.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain methods and digital tools for design verification and product validation.
• Identify user requirements and translate them into practical workflows and solutions.
• Create and maintain integrated digital processes across the engineering lifecycle.
• Develop guidance, training materials and supporting documentation.
• Deliver training sessions and coach engineers across experience levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement lessons learned.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical excellence.
• Support application of best practices and emerging technologies including automation and AI.
