Job summary

Rolls-Royce Defence in Bristol seeks a Verification & Validation Programme Execution Engineer to lead rig design, integration and testing across Development & Legacy Defence programmes.

You will manage design and make of rig demonstrators, coordinate internal and external teams, control budgets and schedules, drive risk mitigation, and communicate results to customers and stakeholders to enable rapid engineering progress.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in aerospace/defence engineering environments preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Design & Make of rig demonstrators.
• Management and integration of technical requirements including estimation, planning & management of cost & schedule.
• Management of Integrated Project Team (internal & external resources) including Risk & mitigation management.
• Proposal, management, and integration of supply chains including documentation and communication of technical issues and test results.
• Managing technical audits and project reviews & Customer & stakeholder management.
• Support development of new tools, testing techniques and procedures.
