Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a UX Designer to support the Machine Learning Lab within the Agentic & AI Platform. You’ll own the on-boarding, access and use of Atlas, shaping journeys from discovery to delivery with strong emphasis on usability and accessibility.

You will create flows and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, work with a design system, and collaborate across Product and Engineering to ensure consistent, user-centered experiences for colleagues exploring ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as UX/Product/Interaction Designer with end-to-end journey skills.
• Proactive, self-starting approach, owning design in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong hands-on in Figma and contributing to design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own UX within the Machine Learning Lab and shape opportunities.
• Define end-to-end Atlas experiences and onboard self-service journeys.
• Translate complex ML concepts into clear user experiences.
• Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Use research and usability testing to inform designs and iterate.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering for cohesive journeys and patterns.
• Champion accessible and inclusive design across the experience.
