Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join the Commercial Experience Design team in London. You will shape customer and colleague experiences across end-to-end commercial lending journeys, translating needs and constraints into intuitive digital flows and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer for digital products.
• Clear interaction design, user-flow, wireframing and prototyping skills.
• Hands-on capability in Figma; experience transforming discovery into delivery.
• Experience with user research and testing to improve designs.
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design.
• Interest in AI-assisted design and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design customer and colleague experiences across complex lending journeys.
• Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with Design Research and product/engineering teams.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints with stakeholders.
• Experiment with AI-generated outputs and MCP-enabled workflows.
• Promote repeatable AI-assisted design patterns across the team.
