Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a UX Designer to lead research and design activities for digital products and services. You will work with Product Management, Technology, UX Research and Design to turn customer insight into accessible, engaging experiences.

You will plan qualitative studies, translate findings into design solutions, and communicate design rationale. Proficiency in Figma and contemporary design tools is required, along with strong collaboration and stakeholder

Qualifications

Experience applying user-centred design principles to digital products or services.
Ability to plan and conduct qualitative research and translate insights into design solutions.
Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead research, discovery and design activities on small to medium projects from discovery to delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
Create design artefacts, insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Contribute to end-to-end customer journeys across teaching, learning and assessment experiences.
Promote accessibility and user-centred design practices through critiques and mentoring.
