Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a UX Designer to lead research and design activities on small to medium projects, taking ownership from discovery through delivery.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology and Design, ensure accessible, inclusive experiences, communicate design rationale clearly and use Figma with Auto Layout and interactive components; this hybrid Cambridge role connects with teachers and learners through research and school visits.

Qualifications

• You have practical experience applying user-centred design principles to digital products or services.
• You can plan and conduct qualitative research and translate customer insight into design solutions.
• You understand accessibility and inclusive design principles and how to balance user needs with business goals.
