Qualifications

• Experience applying user-centered design principles to digital products or services.
• Ability to plan and conduct qualitative research and translate customer insight into design solutions.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools; comfortable with Auto Layout, Variants, Component Properties and Interactive Components.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, discovery and design activities for small to mid complexity projects.
• Design accessible and inclusive user experiences across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions and drive improvements.
• Create and communicate design artefacts, insights and recommendations to inform decisions and implementation.
• Contribute to end-to-end customer journeys and strategic design initiatives across teaching, learning and assessment.
