Job summary

IMT Resourcing Solutions is seeking a hands‑on UX Designer with a CRO focus to work with clients on a varied portfolio of digital projects. You will lead UX activity, translate research into journeys and wireframes, and support CRO experiments while collaborating closely with clients and internal specialists.

The role emphasizes data‑driven design, exploration of user needs, and a path to deeper CRO expertise through testing and iterative improvements within a flexible hybrid setup in Cheltenham.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a UX Designer or in a similar user experience role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred UX thinking and design.
• Experience using research, analytics or user behaviour data to inform design decisions.
• Confidence communicating your thinking and recommendations directly with clients.
• Interest in CRO, experimentation and improving digital performance.
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO or optimisation programmes would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design activity across a range of client websites and digital experiences.
• Work directly with clients to understand user needs, business objectives and areas for improvement.
• Translate research, insight and data into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and design recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve usability, engagement and conversion.
• Design and support experiments and A/B tests as part of ongoing CRO programmes.
• Analyse test results and performance data to understand what is and isn’t working.
• Recommend UX and conversion improvements based on evidence and user behaviour.
• Feed insights and findings into the wider team to help inform broader client strategy.
