Job summary

IMT Resourcing Solutions is seeking a hands-on UX Designer to craft high-performing ecommerce and lead-generation experiences. You’ll blend user-centred design, research and analytics to identify friction and drive conversions across websites.

In this collaborative role you’ll create user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, work with developers and stakeholders, and deliver evidence-based recommendations from discovery through launch.

Qualifications

• Strong UX or digital product design experience with a commercial focus.
• Ability to translate research into practical design decisions.
• Experience presenting reasoning to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX activity across websites, ecommerce, and optimisation projects.
• Analyse journeys to identify usability and conversion opportunities.
• Conduct UX research and translate findings into recommendations.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Design conversion-focused experiences in Figma.
• Use analytics and heatmaps to understand user behaviour.
• Develop hypotheses for UX and conversion improvements.
• Review experiment results and influence design decisions.
• Carry out UX audits and provide commercially-focused recommendations.
• Present concepts and findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, PMs and digital specialists.
• Support projects from discovery to launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Maintain accessibility and responsive design standards.
