UX Designer

Location: Leicester or Windsor (hybrid)

About your role:

Our product design team seeks an experienced UX Designer with proven user-centered design experience and deep knowledge of UX methodologies and practices.

You’ll shape our services, championing customer needs, and helping craft intuitive, inspiring digital solutions for our Business Gas energy customers.

Your role involves shaping exceptional customer experiences across all products and journeys within your squad, collaborating across teams to develop innovative solutions, conducting research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights, and designing seamless services and user journeys. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and Tech teams to deliver impactful, high-quality work.

You’ll promote user-centered design standards, inspire others, and contribute to evolving our design systems to keep our team at the forefront.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Experience across all design stages is preferred, with strengths in certain areas:

• UX Research
• UX Design
• UI Design
• Design Thinking
• Experience in agile, multidisciplinary environments
• Proficiency with UX tools, disciplines, and processes
• Experience contributing to and maintaining design systems in Figma

A design degree is a plus but not required.
