Vistry Merseyside & Cheshire West in Warrington is seeking a Utilities Manager to lead utility connections, statutory authority work and third‑party service activities from viability through to completion.

You will identify risks and opportunities for value engineering to minimise risk and maximise gross profit while ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

We value in-person collaboration but offer flexible working where possible, with a supportive team focusing on SHE and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage utility connections, statutory authorities and third‑party service works from viability through to completion.
• Request quotes and assist commercial teams to place orders; oversee off-site and on-site works.
• Identify risks and opportunities for value engineering to maximise gross profit.
• Ensure compliance with SHE, risk management and solution design policies.
