Job Description

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Targeting and actively developing, maintaining, and growing existing users (e.g., large construction sites, manufacturing sites).
  2. Introducing new users to Bosch Professional Tools, Accessories, and Measuring Tools.
  3. Identifying and driving business opportunities within your area in conjunction with our dealer network.
  4. Supporting user conversion and retention through daily visits and building close user relationships.
  5. Collaborating with Business Development managers to serve large key professional users and their subsidiaries.
  6. Representing innovations across our professional tools, accessories, and measuring tools to key professional users and their buying centers regularly.
  7. Training and deploying test tools at key professional users and our distributors.
  8. Supporting the rollout of won tenders within your area.
  9. Managing digital user processing within CRM, including follow-up management with key professional users.
  10. Working with key distributors to develop end-user business.
  11. Training key partners and professional colleges.
Qualifications
  • Entrepreneurial thinking.

  • Sales knowledge, including negotiation skills and customer orientation.
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel, with potential overnight stays.
  • Knowledge and skills in B2B sales.

  • Holder of a full UK driving license.
  • Parking space required for company vehicle.
