Job summary

eTeam is seeking a User Researcher on a 6-month contract with Active SC Clearance. Location requires 2 days a week in Telford, with travel to Stratford-London as needed. Rate is 380 GBP/day, and the role involves planning, conducting and championing user research across a large internal user base to shape service design and policy delivery.

The role supports data-driven decision making, works with remote teams, and requires experience in agile delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a User Researcher in a fast paced commercial environment.
• Planning research sessions and defining research roadmaps
• Research Operations: facilitating recruitment and incentives and advising on software and tooling when required
• Analysing data and communicating actionable insights to the team and stakeholders
• Demonstrating the value of user research: engaging sceptical clients and team members and helping immature teams to embed user research practices into their agile workflow
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to set objectives and hypotheses for research
• Comfortable working with remote teams.
• Prior experience working in projects related to data-driven decision making.
