Job summary

SR2 REC LTD is seeking an experienced User Researcher for a UK government digital programme. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a User Researcher.
• Strong discovery and usability testing experience.
• Experience within Agile digital delivery.
• Confident stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation.
• GDS / Government / Defence experience beneficial.
• SC clearance – you must have this already, UK Eyes Only programme; Sole British Citizen required.

Responsibilities

User Researcher - SC Clearance required

We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a consultancy delivering a major digital programme for a UK government department. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary Agile team, carrying out research throughout the product lifecycle to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points, and turning these findings into actionable insights that shape digital products and services.
