Working in a multidisciplinary, agile context, you will plan research roadmaps, conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, oversee recruitment and tooling, and translate findings into actionable guidance for product and service teams.

Qualifications

• Experience planning a research roadmap and hypotheses in agile teams.
• Ability to run qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• Experience with recruitment, incentives, and research tooling setup.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and advocate for user needs.
• Ability to connect user insights to core product problems.

Responsibilities

• Define research roadmaps and hypotheses aligned with strategic objectives.
