Capgemini is offering Relaunch@Capgemini, a six-month return-to-work programme in the UK for experienced professionals returning after a career break. The role targets junior-to-mid-level User Researchers joining our Experience Design community to work on government and private sector projects.

You'll plan, conduct, and present research insights within multidisciplinary teams. We welcome applicants based in the UK with permission to work, and the programme includes coaching, inclusive

Qualifications

• Experience in user research or related discipline.
• Understanding of accessibility considerations in research.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct research activities (interviews, usability testing, surveys).
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative evidence to identify user needs and opportunities.
• Turn findings into practical insights for product teams.
