You will lead research with product managers, designers, and developers, and embed user-centred design practices across teams. Hybrid work is available with travel to client locations as needed, including London, Manchester, and Glasgow.

As a User Researcher, you will be joining the growing and exciting Digital Factory community who are continually sharing knowledge and expertise. We are all passionate about user centred design, critical thinking, problem solving and designing and building digital services and products.
Working at Capgemini Invent would give you opportunities to develop and grow, working with major clients in both public and private sector (including DWP, NHS Digital, BP and Ikea). Our offices are in a variety of locations including London, Manchester and Glasgow. We offer hybrid working, however depending on your project you may have to travel to client locations.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
