Job summary

Capgemini is launching Relaunch@Capgemini in Telford to help experienced professionals return to work after a break. The programme offers coaching, development plans and a path to rebuild confidence while reshaping your interaction design career.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team to design accessible, user-centred digital products and services, gradually taking on more responsibility as you refresh your skills and adapt to current tools and methods.

Qualifications

We understand time away may mean updates are needed but enthusiasm and transferable skills are welcome.
Experience in user-centred design and working with multidisciplinary teams is valued.
Familiarity with modern design tools and methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

Help explore and understand user needs, behaviours and journeys with researchers and design colleagues.
Translate user needs, research evidence and user stories into clear design ideas.
Create user flows, interface concepts, sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
Design inclusive, accessible products and services that are easy to understand.
Test and iterate designs using feedback from users and stakeholders.
Explain design thinking and evidence behind decisions clearly.
Collaborate with researchers, service designers, content designers, product managers, and developers.
