  • Apply user-centered design methodologies to inform design decisions, emphasizing empathy, iterative processes, and evidence-based practices.
  • Develop strategies to identify and document user needs, pain points, and expectations.
  • Create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and experience trackers to visualize insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—designers, developers, product managers, stakeholders—to ensure user needs are integrated throughout development.
  • Perform heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs to enhance interface design and user flow.
  • Keep updated on emerging trends and best practices in user research and user-centered design.

Preferred technical and professional experience

This role is ideal for a passionate professional interested in understanding human behavior and leveraging insights to develop meaningful, accessible digital solutions for the public sector. If you are detail-oriented, empathetic, and analytical, and eager to make a significant impact through user research, we encourage you to apply.
