Job summary

LekeeLekee is seeking a single accountable owner for user onboarding, from registration and identity verification to the first meaningful action.

You will own the onboarding funnel, drive activation, reduce drop-off, and partner with compliance on KYC flows; you will write SQL, build dashboards, and run experiments as part of a global follow-the-sun operation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years product / growth experience with an emphasis on activation, onboarding or growth funnels.
• Strong instincts for friction reduction, sequencing and conversion.
• Comfort with KYC / regulated identity flows; Nigerian financial services welcome.
• Data-fluent; you write your own SQL for the dashboards you care about.

Responsibilities

• Build the dashboards yourself; we expect the owner of onboarding to live in the data daily

• Partner with compliance on KYC flows (BVN, NIN, document checks) so verification is fast, fair and audit-defensible
• Run experiments on copy, sequencing, friction reduction and re-engagement of users who drop mid-onboarding
• Build the dashboards yourself; we expect the owner of onboarding to live in the data daily

Reports to: Chief Product Officer.

Who we are looking for
