Job summary

Vertu Ford Stoke is seeking a motivated Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our busy team. You will guide customers from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, tailoring solutions with finance, insurance, and add-ons in a professional, compliant manner.

You will build strong relationships with local trades, fleet and business customers, prospect for new business, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service and achieving personal and team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Car Sales Executive or similar role in automotive retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Build relationships with retail and business customers.
• Identify customer requirements and present vehicle, finance, and protection products.
• Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives.
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
• Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
• Hit individual and team sales targets.
