The role focuses on delivering sales targets, managing stock, pricing and negotiations, while ensuring FCA compliance and strong leadership. A proven track record in automotive sales management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Manager in automotive dealership.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and profitability.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to exceed monthly targets.
• Drive used vehicle sales performance and profitability.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing, and vehicle preparation standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
• Support deal structuring and negotiations with customers.
• Maintain FCA and company procedures compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement sales strategies and objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance reviews.
• Develop and coach team members for performance and progression.
