Job summary

Octane Recruitment is seeking a Weekend Car Sales Executive in Hinckley to welcome customers, understand their needs, arrange test drives and close sales. The role offers uncapped commission and a friendly, busy showroom environment with strong footfall.

Applicants should have face-to-face sales experience, a full UK driving licence (manual) and a professional, customer-focused attitude. FCA accreditation training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales).
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.

Salary £9900 Basic + Uncapped commission around £20,000

Days –Saturday 10-6, Sunday 10 - 5
