Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive for a Wimbledon dealership. You will drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The role includes a base salary with an uncapped bonus and a company car, with full training provided.

Candidates must be prepared to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis, and hold a UK driving licence. The position is full-time and permanent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a customer facing, target driven sales environment.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required; full training provided.

Job Title: Sales Executive - Used Cars

Location: Wimbledon

Salary: £26,520 base salary and uncapped bonus - + company car + benefits

Full Time and Permanent

Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm

Sales Executives will work 5 days out of 7, will work every Saturday and Sundays on a rota basis

Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Sales Executive to join our client's sales team at their Wimbledon Dealership.

Our client offers a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable track record (ideally within the automotive industry although not necessary as full training will be provided).

Role and Responsibilities:

• To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company
  
• To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience
  
• To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role
  

The ideal candidate will:

• Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  
• Be focussed on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self‑motivated team player and target achiever.
  
• Hold a minimum of 12 months, successful track record in a customer facing, target driven sales environment.
  
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
  

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. You must be used to working in a competitive and process driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
