Reading Audi, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to photograph and market Trade Cars, keeping the Electronic Auction site up to date and describing exchanges for sale. You will help prepare retail stock through the aftersales process, arrange valeting, and manage dealer transfer enquiries, while supporting the sales team daily.

Flexibility is required, as weekends may be involved to ensure outstanding customer service levels.

Competenze

• Customer service experience in a retail environment is required.
• Previous photography experience is a minimum requirement for this role.
• Strong interest in photography, marketing and automotive world.
• Good, clear communication with customers.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to describe things accurately.

Mansioni

• photograph and market all Trade Cars at the dealership.
• update Sytner Group's Electronic Auction site regularly and describe/market our part exchanges.
• prepare retail used car stock via the aftersales department, arrange valeting and handle dealer transfer enquiries.
• support the sales function with day-to-day activities.
