Job summary

Sytner Group Limited is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor for our West London Audi site. You will identify, source and advise on parts, while maintaining stock levels and supporting customers in person and by phone.

The role requires strong communication, IT literacy and excellent organisational skills, with a weekend-friendly pattern and a focus on delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the motor industry.
• IT literate and comfortable with basic systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, search for, and source parts for customers and suppliers.
• Maintain and manage the parts stock room and stock levels, including ordering and selling parts and accessories.
• Assist customers face to face and over the phone with parts identification and advice.
• Support weekend/ flexible pattern shifts to ensure high service levels.
