Citygate Automotive Ltd is seeking a Used Car Manager to lead the used car sales environment, drive profitability and enhance customer satisfaction. You will manage stock, pricing, and vehicle presentation while coaching the sales team.

Responsibilities include reporting on department performance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards, and delivering excellent service to customers. The role requires strong leadership and a track record of hitting sales targets.

• Lead, motivate, and coach sales executives to achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Report on department performance, key metrics, and stock management to senior management.
• Ensure all vehicles meet quality and safety standards before sale, in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure all sales are compliant with Group sales processes and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability within the used car team including lead management and in house purchases through service departments
• Strive for excellent customer service and timely resolution of any customer complaints

Role overview

As the Used Car Manager you will be required, through a strategic and hands on approach, to manage the used car sales environment, the people and the process to maximise the profit opportunity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

As the Used Car Manager your key responsibilities will be:
