Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd in Chiswick is seeking a New/Used Car Sales Manager to work closely with an OEM expanding across UK franchise dealerships.

Based in the Chiswick office, you will operate Monday to Friday with a package of up to £40,000 basic plus 15% bonus, a Salary Sacrifice Car (£175/month) and 7% pension contribution; company pension, private medical insurance, free parking and a referral programme are also offered.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in automotive and/or leasing industry desirable.
• Experience in Automotive Sales Administration and working with customers.
• Proficient numeracy and literacy with good written and verbal communication.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Motivated and well organized, able to work on own initiative with support from Line Manager.
• Team player who can support and challenge colleagues.
• Used Car Sales Management: 2 years (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting: orders, stock, forecast.
• Industry reporting: insight and analysis of approved vehicle sales.
• Quarterly and campaign pricing.
• Operations and communication coordination for customers and retailers.
• Event, marketing and POS planning.
• Assist in invoicing and allocation.
• Discount term responsibility.
• Communications and social media support.
• Assisting other business functions such as Retail sales teams.

Overview:

The role is working directly with theOEMwhich is rapidly expanding across the UK franchise dealerships.

This role is suitable for aNew/UsedCar Sales Managerlooking to transition into aOEMrole or a very experiencedBusiness/Transaction Manager.

Key Responsibilites:

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting: orders, stock, forecast.
  
• Industry reporting: Insight and Analysis of approved vehicles sales
  
• Quarterly and Campaign pricing
  
• Operations and communication coordination for both customers and Retailers
  
• Event, marketing and ‘Point of Sale’ (PoS) planning
  
• Assist in Invoicing and allocation

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience within the automotive and/or leasing industry is desirable.
  
• Experience in Automotive Sales Administration and working with customers.

• Strong IT skills and is competent using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
  
• Be a motivated and well organised individual, including the ability to work on your own initiative with support from your Line Manager.
