Qualifications

  • In‑depth knowledge of US tax laws related to corporate and international tax returns.
  • Practical experience with hedge fund securities analysis and allocations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee hedge fund US tax compliance engagements.
  • Research US tax legislation and its impact on asset management clients.
  • Coach junior staff members and coordinate multiple engagement teams.

Skills

Proficiency in securities analysis for non‑475 funds
Excellent time and project management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
Practical understanding of hedge fund partnership allocations
Experience advising clients on US tax impact
Enthusiasm for coaching and developing team members

Education

Current CPA, EA or equivalent qualification
Degree / Master's degree in accounting or taxation
