Oh Polly is seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Lead to join our US-based team in Miami. You will drive online sales performance, optimise customer journeys, and execute local trading strategies tailored to the American market.

You’ll collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing and CRM to ensure top-tier site execution, conversion, and revenue growth across Oh Polly and Bo+Tee in the US.

Formación

• Must have experience managing e-commerce for Women's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) specifically within the US market.
• Previous experience in an E-Commerce Lead, E-Commerce Manager, or Digital Trading role within fashion or retail.
• Proven expertise in online VM with a strong eye for styling, product curation, and translating brand aesthetics into commercial site layouts.
• Experience building and executing localisation strategies across different US regions and climates.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to interpret data, present actions and findings to senior colleagues, and make commercial decisions.
• Experience trading high-volume e-commerce websites.
• Advanced knowledge of Shopify and Nosto or a similar personalisation/merchandising platform.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and confidence in analysing large datasets.
• Confident working closely with product, CRM, marketing, and creative teams.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion, digital retail, and delivering exceptional online customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• US Market Ownership: Own day-to-day trading across US sites for Oh Polly and Bo+Tee.
• Advanced Online Visual Merchandising: manage pages, landing pages and on-site search with strong visuals.
• US Regional Localisation Strategy: tailor strategy for distinct US regions.
• Calendar Management: create a US trade calendar with launches and campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring: track sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, and other KPIs.
• Insights & Reporting: deliver weekly/daily trading analysis for stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Buying, Merchandising, CRM, Paid Media, Marketing.
• Customer Optimisation: analyze behavior to improve conversion and journey.
• Peak Trading: support Black Friday, Cyber Week, holidays and launches.
