Job summary

Circle Group in Manchester is launching US Construction and seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant. You will develop client relationships, source and place candidates across the US construction sector, and manage the full 360 recruitment cycle with compliance and offers.

Hybrid role with flexible hours, uncapped earnings and a generous commission plan up to 40%. Start with substantial holiday allowance and travel opportunities as we scale in the US market.

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant in this market (12+ months desk experience).
• Ambitious, resilient and target‑driven with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working with initiative in a hybrid/flexible environment.
