What we're looking for in a Recruitment Consultant

• Experience within talent delivery, internal resourcing, account management or business development would be advantageous but isn't essential
• Confident communicating with and assessing high-calibre candidates
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines
• Experience working towards measurable targets or performance objectives
• Commercial awareness and the ability to build effective professional relationships
