Job summary

Olympus Corporation in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven Territory Manager to grow our urology business across South Yorkshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and help hospitals access Olympus solutions that support high-quality patient care.

Develop and deliver a territory business plan, present Olympus products, identify new opportunities, manage forecasts and collaborate with sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally within healthcare.
• Proven record of building customer relationships and achieving sales objectives.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Confidence managing a territory independently and prioritising competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a territory business plan to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Build strong relationships with urologists, nurses, procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals.
• Present Olympus urology products and solutions, tailoring discussions to customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, training, and clinical support.
• Manage the sales process, forecasts, pipeline, and account information.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, marketing, and clinical teams.
• Represent Olympus professionally and in line with company policies and applicable industry regulations.
