Job Title: Medical Secretary for Urology
Site / Hours: Lincoln County Hospital / Full time 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
The Department of Urology is looking for an enthusiastic individual for the site of Lincoln. Responsibilities include transcribing digital dictation from clinicians, managing office communications, dealing with patient queries, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
Patient administration supports clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care. The Medical Secretaries play a vital part in effective patient administration.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 2 GCSE's or equivalent of Grade C and above is required, including English or NVQ2 or equivalent in related subjects. Experience in secretarial duties is advantageous. Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage.
